Due to staff shortages, customer service is of no help. Today I went shopping for African Violets. After searching the store and failing to locate any, or a store associate, I stood in line in the Garden Department to ask my question. Horrible place. On 4-16 I ordered pavers from Exeter Lowes, they had 495 of the pavers in stock. I placed my order and after I place my order they didn't have them in stock anymore. I the got an email stating the pavers are going to be delivered from the Whitehall Lowes on 4-25. On 4-24 my credit card was charged for the pavers and I got a text stating the pavers are going to be delivered on 4-25 between 3-7 pm. The pavers were never delivered. Paid 3200$ for cabinets after 2 months of trying to get someone to order them. Finally got them ordered paid 500$ more then quoted and then they delivered them to the wrong house (or tried to) and said sorry we can’t fix that. We will have to reschedule. The managers their are a joke. Go to Home Depot.
I am extremely unhappy with this store. My husband and I ordered flooring from this store on March 26th. We paid for the flooring and for delivery. On the day it was supposed to be delivered it never came. We called the store and we’re told the truck broke down and that it would be delivered the following week. Horrible experience tonight. Treats customers like criminals, and doesn’t care about customer service. I work with customer escalations on a daily basis and you certainly don’t make a customer feel that they aren’t appreciated or valued. They are the reason your are getting paid.

When I was in your store today I needed to get some thing to add a dryer vent and hose. Everything was going good until the other sales man asked Josh to help. He must be on a some sort of commission based pays because it wasn’t customer based. This fool boy tried to pool one over on me and told I couldn’t buy the smaller pack of wood screw because they were slip screws.those were flat head or in a pinch butter knife screws.
