WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We went here to spend over 10k for doors and after three attempts they were not able to even quote us a for the 7 doors we needed. This store is poorly ran and have very little help across all departments. We buy from Lowe’s almost every week, and not anymore! Just spent $250 on decorations which we will be returning. Do not go here, go to Home Depot! #customerserviceiseverything
Hire cashiers. I went to shop not be forced into working for you for free. I won't be back. Home Depot is just down the road.
Worst customer service ever
Awful customer service. No help when trying to figure out what you need. I won't be shopping there again.
Store is the worst went there to get a propane exchange. Took almost 30 minutes to get the tank first no one came out then the guy comes out but doesn't have the key. I went in and raised he'll and finally a so called manager comes up offers a muted apology and then gets the propane finally. Something that should have taken 10 minutes at the most took1/2 hour. Drug and idiot test the staff they are the worst wouldn't go back to buy a box of nails.
