4th try to get a dishwasher installed. Installer great, Lowes awful. Waited 44 minutes on hold. Came in an abandoned on the floor. What a mess! Can I give them -**** Customer Service Manager trying to help me. We will see.
No!!! We started the process of buying new doors over 3 weeks ago. The sub-contractors took almost a week to do 2 of 3 measurements we asked for. After 3 1/2 weeks, the 3rd wasn't done. On 12/3/18, we waited over 30 minutes for a clerk to finally find out they we at lunch. No sign. The CSR was gracious and apologized for the inconvenience. More pissed abour the sub-contractors negligence of us as customers.

This place is a mess nobody that works here has a clue
There is so much trash behind this store and it ends up in our back yards. They don't seem to care about their neighbors. Always suspicious activity going on back there also.
Worst store and employees.... Don't order something, you won't get it for weeks even though they give you a date of delivery.... Don't expect a phone call either to update you on the items. If zero stars were a option that's what I would have picked!
The Worlds Worst Sales Clerk: Lowe’s Catonsville. I needed some painting supplest. When I went to ask the young lady behind the counter. She was staring blankly past me. When she spoke I realized she had two ears buds in her ears and she was speaking to a friend about something that happen last night. Went to get gardening supplies. The clerks were not helpful at all. They loud and rude -arguing about prices AND BRANDS ON SALE!. I left ...all my stuff on pallet. I do not have to spend my money in Lowe's, Lowe's is near Home Depot as well as Walmart, I can spend my money in their garden department.
