Lowe’s need to get a better hand on their inventory. Ordered a over the range microwave on Saturday and my order was transferred to another location without notifications. Then on Tuesday I received an email that it was at the store which it wasn’t. Still waiting.
I wish I could give zero stars - Do not do - not order a refrigerator online I don't have anything to say about the Catonsville store but do not trust Lowes online store it was an awful experience- this is why Amazon is winning! Sheesh!
This has to be the most confused, lazy Lowes I have ever visited. I came in to get keys made and the key desk was not staffed. Not a big deal but I shouldn't have to ask 4 times for help. Finally one of their vendors were kind enough to help me. I noticed a bunch of Lowes employees chatting at the front of the store. I was polite and said excuse me and one of the ladies looked at me with an irritated grin and proceeded to finish her conversation with no further acknowledgement......worst experience ever....I'll take my busin... read more
I experienced poor customer service at the Catonsville location! Couldn’t find a manager. Disappointed and disgusted.
As I wait for paint an employee walks passed the line of customers asking if she needs help. She says no, you don’t know what you’re doing.. then they continue bantering in passing as we all wait another 20 mins.. professionalism please
