OVER ALL LOWES IS NOT A BAD STORE BUT I WILL SAY SOME OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY NASTY AND IGNORANT. I WAS THERE TODAY AND HAD VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONE WAS A SUPERVISOR. HE ACT LIKE I WAS BUGGING HIM WHEN I WAS ASKING FOR HELP. ASKED HIM ABOUT A SCREW FOR MY SNOWBLOWER AND HE SENT ME ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE STORE FOR NOTHING WHEN WE WAS STANDING IN THE ISLE WHERE IT WAS LOCATED. Catonsville Loews has the absolute worst customer service in there appliance dept. I will never shop there again. I will be telling everyone.

While it is hard to find great customer service today we had an excellent shopping experience with Michael Owens. He assisted us with locating lumber as well as made recommendations. He is truly an excellent employee and very patient and knowledgeable . We really appreciate all the time he took to assist us.

Very unprofessional! Unorganized. Derek is not a responsible manager! After 2 weeks of bs snd run around for my $1400 refund I had to drive there 45min away from my home to get my money back in 10 min! Very unnecessary! Bad business! They don’t answer phone! Too many gate keepers. I asked for a manager she came and asked question about me instead of asking me and I was right there looking at her! So I purchased a refrigerator. It was supposed to be delivered July 28th. Someone changed the date to July 29th i have been having a run around with everyone. I had no notice that it was changed. This is uncalled for and unacceptable. So I had to change my schedule. Then I call your delivery service on the 28th. At 4pm get a time for delivery they told me between 8am.and 12 pm. I ordered a Midea convertible freezer/refrigerator and a Frigidaire was delivered. I called the store to speak to a manager and never got a manager. Called repeatedly no one answers the phones. I went into the store to get a refund since the wrong freezer was delivered, no apology or alternative solution was offered for the inconvenience of waiting 2 months for a freezer that was on back order. I can’t reach anyone at this store. I had an order scheduled for delivery yesterday. I received a call from the driver saying it can’t be delivered and I needed to call the pro desk. I called 20+ times yesterday over two hours and no one answered. I tried multiple options. I tried calling another 10 times today and no answer. The same thing happened last week with another order. I have not been satisfied often with businesses around these parts, but Lowe's has been fantastic; in store service, selection, cleanliness, returns policy, and general attitude are all consistently professional and helpful. Nice job!
