Just want to say that if customer service is important to you do not go to this store!!! My son and I purchased a grill and were told that someone would help us load it in our vehicle. Well after waiting 20 mins for them to finish will another person, the employee started gathering carts instead. I went back inside and asked for help, but it never came. Very poor customer service.
Had a very bad experience at Lowe's Dublin today..Ordered a door and it was such a big hassle dealing with those people...specially the installer guy was extremely annoying..The supervisor ..no idea how he became the supervisor..leaves the customer there and did not wait to resolve the problem..Nic was very helpful..he did whatever he could to help but unfortunately could not solve the issue. Overall..it was such a waste of my 45 min..I don't think I will ever order anything from there anymore.
