Terrible deliver service of their product. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE>
Waited a week on order from this store only to have every bit of the order completely wrong. The customer service girl answering the phone couldn't even get the chicken manager Chris King to get on the phone to talk to me. It had been several years since I had even purchased anything from Lowe's and they have just confirmed the reason I should have never went back. Obviously their training programs have failed from the top down.
Blown away by how many of the employees are not wearing masks
In my recent large purchase with Lowes, I had nothing but one problem after another with the Dublin location. I had expected a little complication but nothing like what I really got. We typically like Lowes because the store is clean, and things are usually easy to find. We went November 9th to look at refrigerators. Just a FYI for Lowe's shoppers. As of August 29, Lowe's only offer a 5% discount on items that are "on sale or clearance priced." So, if you are watching for sales - that means you will only get a 5% discount at the sale price. We found this out at the register when it only gave the 5% discount. It took 15 minutes for someone to discover the policy change, so the associates are not aware of it, either.
Actually deliver on their promises and stop lying to their customers.
If you're looking to do a remodel project, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT contract with Lowe's!! We signed papers in April for a Master Bath Remodel and it is still not finished! We were told this project would last a maximum of 8 weeks. WRONG!!! To start with, we waited the allotted number of weeks to hear from the project manager (we actually gave them an extra week), WE had to contact the project manager to get an update on when our project would start. I can see why big box stores are closing, they can’t compete with online customer service, which is sad. I ordered an item from Lowe’s for pickup, said it was in stock and paid up front. I get to Lowe’s, they don’t have the item and they can not furnish me with anything actually saying my ordered was cancelled. And I have no cancellation in my email. Plus it may take two weeks to get a refund on an item they never had in stock?! Summary: don’t buy anything online from Lowe’s.
