Needed a handrail bracket. Asked an employee where they were. He pointed them right out to me. Took a detour to look a Christmas trees after. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, even when I have a lot of questions. The store always has what I’m looking for, usually at better prices than i expected. Very happy with this Lowe’s.
Minimally helpful staff that you have to chase down. Cashier was rude. The only reason I came here was because we had a gift card and you had what we needed. It’s sad, really.
Dear Lowes, I recently purchased a large appliance at your Dublin Ohio location, and attempted to call today with a question. The number listed on the website :614-659-0530 "allows" the customer to transfer to a department (e.g. appliances). When no one picks up after a few rings, the call starts over with the prompts. Extremely disappointed in the 4/$10 perennial sale. No one in the garden department knew what was for sale and then it turned out to be just Asiatic lillies and hostas. Very disappointing
We hired Lowe’s to remodel our main bathroom. What a nightmare - not only in the quality of work done, but also in the excessive time it took to complete the job. We were given an 8 a.m. to Noon timeslot for a washer delivery and are now being told they won't be here until 2 p.m. Does Lowe's not understand people need to work to be able to purchase items from their stores? I would call this horrible customer service. I have been a Lowes customer for as long as I can remember and the service keeps getting worse. I'm glad there is a Menards close by. UPDATE: They didn't show up until nearly 3 p.m.
Came to the store with a post card that read 24 months zero interest on purchase over $250. Bought a dishwasher and the receipt reads 18 months zero plan. Got statement none of the above apply. Go to store and they call in to try to correct and the best they could do is 12 months . Really ??? and I pay interest this month because the cashier put in the wrong code. Sorry bad way to do customer satisfaction.
