I went looking for a new fridge on Black Friday as my current one is dying. Not only was the store not crowded bug they had a huge variety of models to look at. I picked the fridge I wanted without a pushy salesperson and it'll be delivered this week!
I work for property management company and we have an account with Lowes...I personally like them better than their competition due to the great service we get from Andy in sales and from all staff.. Everyone seems eager to help or asks us if there is something they could help find for us.... Dublin store is always clean and never a line wait. I could walk and browse the many things that store has for hours if I were permitted to do so but unfortunately when Im there usually Im on the clock...lol
Do NOT have Lowes install a Bathroom or Kitchen for you!! The material will be ordered wrong. I was a contractor for them for almost 2 years, and the material was wrong on EVERY single job. Leadership has no idea on how to manage a remodeling project. Find a quality local contractor and give him your business. Buyer Beware.
I recently discovered this Lowes, it has the best garden center of the ones I've visited in Ohio. I will be stopping by whenever I am in town!
NEVER enter into a contract with Lowe's for home improvement. Promises are made, timelines ignored, and people come in, do a little and walk off the job. Very POOR communication between the people in charge and the customers!! A five-day job (and that's stretching it) has already taken over three weeks (for a simple shower area to be tiled) and it looks like another delay is in the process!! Sucks!
