Waiting at the paint counter for over 15 mins while the customer continues to call for assistance while no one comes. No one seems to care at this location as several associates walk past and do and say nothing. This is why i prefer ACE Hardware, they go out of their way to help. #stillwaiting
My mother is almost in tears telling me a story about this store. She had bought a pot and noticed she had been charged twice on the receipt; when she went back in to the store to correct it, she was accused of stealing a plant. She was completely bewildered, and even had to wait while they tried to look up a video of her supposedly shoplifting. I'd call her experience awful customer service, but that would be deigning to even call it customer service.
Horrible customer service we needed help and watched many workers walk by customers and not even a hello or can I help you. Yet when I needed help I asked a lady and her response was she was too busy yet she was just standing there at the computer, then when I went and complained to a supervisor she was helpful yet when she asked the worker in that department he also said that he has a lot to do and didn't want to help me right in front of a supervisor now if that's how the workers response to their bosses in front of custom... read more
My husband was in vet Nam for 4 yrs. Combat but no I jury; thank God. I worked in Va hospital. Tucson. 8.7yrs. To the VA anyone in a USA service branch is a veteran! This is great and they are wonderful people. Not according to Lowes there are verifying discriptions of a vet. Injured only. 20 yr in service only. Does this mean his or millons of young men and women who risked their life's for those who could not or would not serve our great country don't Count?
