I needed to return an item that was gifted to me. I even had the original receipt. I said I wanted store credit and the lady accidentally hit the refund to credit card button. They REFUSED to reverse the transaction and told me I had to call the person who gifted me the item and ask them to pay for it again so they could redo the transaction. NO WAY. HOW RUDE WOULD THAT BE. So I just completely lost out on a $100 item that I was seeking store credit for. The way the gentleman LOOKED at me was even worse. I was almost in tear... read more

I located every item I needed. Employee very helpful as I was searching for tomato cages.
The communication in regards to deliveries for residential costumers is a joke. I never received a call to schedule a delivery date for a new refrigerator. I follow up a week after ordering it and get told it's being delivered today... Ummmm, no it's not as there's no one there since the store never called me to schedule anything. How ridiculous.
Got Christmas stuff on sale. Half off. Got there late and missed some of the good stuff
No complains, love this store,, excellent garden center!!
