Here's a letter my wife sent to customer care, which still hasn't been responded to. Oh, and this letter isn't even the final chapter in this awful story. We STILL don't have our refrigerator, no any idea when it is going to arrive, and no one will help us to get any idea. The two times we got someone, they both said "We'll look in to it and call you back Monday". Well, in both those instances, Monday came and went with no call.
