I suppose their training must be like this: Day 1 - “Welcome to Lowe’s. Get ready for a terrible career in a company that doesn’t care about anything but our own paychecks. Our first rule of customer service is ignore all potential customers.”
Poor contractor’s, wouldn’t recommend for any. Kind of remodeling..
Oven died so had to shop around for a new electric range. I wanted exposed coils not a flat top and Lowe's had the better model G.E. THEN we found out we could get a discount of 10% as my husband is a veteran. Lowe's even looked up his DD215 Navy file proof and it is now connected to our ph# and we can always get 10% savings. WOW! Now THAT is customer appreciation! Thank you Lowe's.
I entered the store at 8:26 and had two wait a full 50 minutes to finally have my order of four boxes of special-order flooring brought to me. There was one person ahead of me and he received his packet of flooring 20 minutes before me. What took Geo 20 minutes to locate and get my flooring to me? Certainly could not have been a shortage of employees—six of whom were at the front of the store gossiping and sitting around. Very slow service. Ugh.
WHERE IS MY $1450.93 REFUND?! Still waiting. They have the items and I'm still out my cash after a crazy long wait. This is nuts! Update they gave me back $1410.93. What happened to the $40 for a service I DID NOT RECEIVE?! Are you serious w/this?! GIVE ME MY MONEY!
I can pretty much find everything I need. Usually a short wait for help when I do need it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I am paining the interior of my house bright bold colors over white walls. I was told I needed primer and the most expensive paint because of the bold colors. I did so in one room and it was a waste of time and money. Valspar signature series alone did the job. Don’t appreciate being lied to for the sake of a sale.
Bought an item that had to be exchanged because it was broken. Told Zac, manager, others were broken on the sales floor. Went into the store today and the broken items are still for sale even though management knows they're broken. Will share this post and pics of broken products still for sale with corporate.
