When a customer calls and ask for a specific item and customer service says they have it and then you drive across town and they don't is bulls**t! Put someone in customer service who knows what they are doing!
the keizer lowes makes up their own rules for pricing. the weekly ad showed one price for clearance plants and they refused to honor the advertisement. glad i live near turner rd lowes, never had a problem there.
Not impressed with this store. Bought a new fridge as we didn't have one in the new house we just bought. Was told it was in stock at the store, buy soonest it could be delivered was July 4th. Waited all morning to get a call about delivery time, I finally called them. The delivery dept told me it was coming from the warehouse and wouldn't get in until 10 pm, and it might be two more days to deliver it. My parents are 89 years old. They have a very nice 10 year old house in North Salem. Their sliding glass door was not rolling smoothly. They stopped at customer service and scheduled to have someone come out to look at it. Lowes gave them a $2800.00 bid to replace the door, my parents gave them a check. Luckily, mom mentioned they were having their door replaced next week. The door needed new rollers. I went to Lowe's and threw a fit. My experiences at Lowe's have been wonderful. I so enjoy the availabilityof people helping. Heck, they even put down their work and walk me to item I am looking for. I cannot think of another store who has this. Just yesterday I experienced their 'beat the competitor's price and then take another 10% off. I bought a $120 item and, after showing item was cheaper elsewhere, they matched and then took off 10%. It ended up costing $90. I was a happy gal. Thank you, Lowes.
We've had SO many good experiences at this store. Everyone is very friendly and they all work to make sure we get the best deal. Some of the staff have become almost like friends. This is the best home improvement store in Salem. They WANT your business!
What hasn't this store screwed up for us? Besides our dishwasher (that we purchased here) going out not even after a year, sending us home with the wrong fridge, then delivering the correct one with a dent in it, now our washer and dryer that we ordered weeks ago aren't going to be delivered tomorrow as we've been told this whole time. So instead of the sales women being completely apologetic, basically tells me me that these things happen, sorry. Great customer service. Ordered a Dishwasher delivery date keeps getting pushed back week after week .Cindy in appliances doesn't seem to care about the customer Not a good experience will never buy anything that isnt in the store the day of purchase again
