we ordered freezer 2 months ago and have had it scheduled to be delivered 3 times now. we call on the day it is supposed to be delivered and keep finding out it wont be delivered. Now we find out this time its no longer in stock. last time they said they had it but no drivers and now there are none. this is BS. We were told when we bought it we would have it in 2 weeks now its been 6 weeks ans still no damm freezer
If you have any concerns about covid do not go to Lowe’s. It’s crawling with people. Couples, even whole families. We placed an order on April 19th for pickup. It was not urgent so when we never received an email or call, it wasn’t a big concern. Awful customer service. Employees not well trained. We purchased a refurbished lawnmower and nobody could tell us why it wouldn’t start after we got at home. We asked if they start their lawn mowers after they referred them after being on hold for 40 minutes and could not get a good response. I heard more “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know” from the average of staff at this location that I have heard from any given business anywhere in a short period of time. this location has horrible customer service. does nothing to help a customer get what they need and are rude about it when asked to complete a simple task that is their job.
Every since this store has changed management it has gone down hill. Employees don’t even try to help. They just say, “I’m not sure”. I was behind an elderly couple last week and they asked for the military discount. Of course the cashier told them they had to sign up. The manager on shift was to lazy to even bother to come over and try to help them. I would rather support a hometown shop verses spending my money at Lowe’s ever again!
I ordered a washer and dryer in the store, was promised delivery on Monday. No one called or came by till Thursday...then the washer and dryer didn’t fit and I am still without a working washer and dryer and have spent over $1,000!! Have had to call the manager several times, and still no answer when I’ll have a washer and dryer. At this point I want a refund and I’ll buy elsewhere.
No trained or knowledgeable people there. They order the wrong thing and laugh Can’t get installation of products without keeping on them.
