Unbelievably bad on all levels! They just put over $1000 of fans and lights I bought back into stock after I PAID for them instead of keeping them for my contractor to pick up. They assured me the pickup was safe and waiting for him and then they do that--staff doesn't know what they are doing and no training--all at the customer's expense and time. Go to Home Depot or anywhere else for that matter.

I was just in the store & I needed 2 1ft PVC pipes & I didn't know they only came in 2ft & up!! I was sent to plumbing by Tommy in Pro services to have it cut where I was informed by the same man I always seem to have an issue with (he's never willing to help!!) that he couldn't cut it, so I went back to Tommy to verify! He called a manager who said normally they do not but if I absolutely needed it done they would. I felt terrible but I needed it done! We're usually pretty happy with Lowes. TONITE...not so much. They clearly have an issue with false advertising at this store. There are numerous signs posted in the appliance department that promise NEXT DAY DELIVERY OF IN STOCK ITEMS within 75mi. Our purchase qualified on both counts. However they couldn't back up their promise to deliver next day. In fact they couldn't deliver the appliance for 5 DAYS! Will seriously reconsider any further purchases from Lowes.
