Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, I bought a new refrigerator from these people, I was going to take it home that day (because I was without one) but the salesman said it was in stock and could be delivered first thing in the morning, so I agreed to have it delivered and paid to have the old one removed. The app states 63 of the item I need is in stock. However, not one could be found. Employees just said they couldn’t find it. Half of customers had no mask on.

Really disappointed in the service! I came to Lowe’s today because your website stated that you had air filters the specific size that I needed and could not find anywhere else. We looked repeatedly up and down the aisle and found every size except what we needed. I walked through half of your store looking for anyone that could help us. Better than that Home Depot across the street, that place is a joke and ran like a circus.
Placed an online order for this particular Lowe's store because it said online it was available. They gave me the wrong size item and without it I'm not able to start my project. I called customer service and was told to bring the item back, and she abruptly hung up. Understandably, everyone is on edge.
could not believe that you deliver personal just stopped at a neighbors house with NO MASK ON TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
