Purchase a microwave 1/9/18 picked up 1/22/18 because was not in stock. At pickup we noted the box was damaged, the cashier made us open the box and look for damage, none found. When I went to install it found the mounting bracket was missing, so when I went to take the survey I cant because it's more than a week after the sale, this is the third time I bought something here and something was missing. Not Happy!
Am at the store looking for a coffee pot that according to online is in stock, nobody in the store knows where they are! Really all the coffee pots just randomly move and didn’t tell anyone. Everyone we ask say not my department. Does anyone care?
The guy at the paints department was very rude, no idea what customer service means. Is amazing how this kind of people can ruin what I thought it was an example in this industry. Just like the store across the street. Don’t go there, drive a little longer to ACE Hardware, they always try to help you.
BEWARE of the delivery service. . Someone was home all day and no one ever showed up or called like they said they did. I cancelled my entire order! I'll buy my washer and dryer elsewhere! Even the store manager was of no help! Won't shop there again! ! I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T LET ME GIVE THEM A ZERO!!

So our GE Profile Cooktop stopped working. Went to this Lowes picked out the cooktop to be told it would take 2 weeks to order and could not be ordered before someone came out to measure, even though I pointed out GE guarantees that any profile cooktop will fit in the slot when replacing another GE Profile. In addition we were told it would be at least 4 days before a measurement could be done.
