We started looking for a countertop for our master bath in January of this year. Settled on one Lowe's had in February.After MANY trials and tribulations we received the countertop today at 647am. The installers arrived at 8 am. They opened the delivered box only to find the wrong color countertop. Long story short. We could only get a cash refund after we called the police and that was a partial refund. The rest was a credit to a credit card that will take at least 15 - 30 days to process. I would give LOWES a 5/5 star rating BUT the contractors who installed our floors broke our bed. Our bed that we've had for less than a year brand new. Our bed that after I said "stand it up against the wall" they decided to take apart... and put together wrong- they even made their own holes and used their own screws?!??! The floors are gorgeous, but having a broken bed sucks- oh and it's a king � so it's expensive to replace. Horrible customer service. I was transferred to 4 different people before being hung up on and every single employee was extremely rude and all I wanted was to order something. I'm not one to raise my voice but I had to!
Just spent almost $400 on Tuesday and today saw that the grill we bought was reduced $89.00 my husband asked for that amount to be refunded and was told "no". We've now closed our Lowe's card and will go to Home Depot which is actually much closer to our home! Very disappointed! #Lowe's
I tried to by a piece of board, they don't sell it. They throw at garbage front of me. GO HOME DEPOT. THEY DON'T KNOW TREAT A CUSTOMER.
They need stools in each department for women to wait in while men look at wood
