The Lowes in Altamonte has terrible customer service. Forget trying to call for information, their staff is rude and condescending. After being hung up on twice (accidental or incompetence) I gave up and went to HD where they have a clue.

My husband and I went into this store to buy paint. We get to the paint department and ask the employee named Jeremy a question about paint. He struggled his shoulders and said I don't know...... My thoughts were okay why do you work in the paint department.... Then to top it off we get to the front to check. The lady that checked us out was very nice. But she had to call A manager to get an override on the pricing. The "manager" took about 3-4 minutes to get there. And walks up on her cellphone.... Like really..... It took ... read more
