I run a business doing home repairs and I have been going to Lowe’s about three times a week for the past 3 years. My last visit was horrible. Their customer service treats the customers like crap!! The Manager wouldn't shut tf up & kept talking over me as I tried to ask a simple question. The girl who answered the phone apparently didn't understand what I was asking. Unfortunately for her & the alleged manager, they will be reported to Lowe's Main Office. It seems customer service is a thing of the past. I stopped in the appliance department to check out a new dishwasher. Their was no one around to help. I went on to pick up a roll of screen and could not find it or anyone to help. Each time I saw an associate, they would turn an walk the other Direction. When I was about to give up and leave I found someone to help me.
WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO. Do not buy appliances from Lowe’s. My dryer died 10 days ago. On Friday I bought a new one from Lowe’s and specifically wanted it delivered before Christmas bc my whole family was here. Last Sunday I waited all day. Not delivered. No call, nothing. Was told absolutely on Tuesday. Did not show up. Absolutely on Weds. nope - For sure on Friday. Nope. Today between 5 and 9. Not delivered.
