I run a business doing home repairs and I have been going to Lowe’s about three times a week for the past 3 years. My last visit was horrible. I had bought a grace airless paint sprayer with my Amex card and ag the cash register at checkout a manager r to walks over and as if I’m not a paying loyal customer that deserves respect he tells his cashier fright in front of me hey did you check that tote? Their customer service treats the customers like crap!! The Manager wouldn't shut tf up & kept talking over me as I tried to ask a simple question. The girl who answered the phone apparently didn't understand what I was asking. Unfortunately for her & the alleged manager, they will be reported to Lowe's Main Office. Once I make my complaint, as if I didn't understand her speaking in Spanish to the manager, and they were both laughing, Let's see how fast I can get them in trouble. It seems customer service is a thing of the past. I stopped in the appliance department to check out a new dishwasher. Their was no one around to help. I went on to pick up a roll of screen and could not find it or anyone to help. Each time I saw an associate, they would turn an walk the other Direction. When I was about to give up and leave I found someone to help me.
WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO. Do not buy appliances from Lowe’s. My dryer died 10 days ago. On Friday I bought a new one from Lowe’s and specifically wanted it delivered before Christmas bc my whole family was here. Last Sunday I waited all day. Not delivered. No call, nothing. Was told absolutely on Tuesday. Did not show up. Absolutely on Weds. nope - For sure on Friday. Nope. Today between 5 and 9. Not delivered.
