Customer service is lacking at Lowe’s. Not enough staff, lack of coordination and problem solving. This is why I am normally at Home Depot. Besides the great deal I got, there is not other reason to go back. I will pay a tad bit more for the better customer experience at Home Depot.
I called Lowe's in Altamonte to ask a question. I had to press 0 seven times to finally get a person then after 10 minutes or so of being on hold I finally hung up and still don't have the answer to my question. They suck.
I am having the same expierience with the Altamonte Springs, FL store as Mitch Wilson (below) - bought a washer/dryer last Wednesday and told it would be delivered Sunday (so much for next day delivery). Sunday came and went - was told they were running late but never showed up and never called to tell me they had rescheduled for the next Wednesday! Horrible experience at their store in Altamonte Springs, FL. Management there could care less about your experience. I tried to use a valid store coupon. It was a new coupon and the manager on duty, Michelle, refused to use it because she hadn't heard about it yet. She even refused to scan it after asking multiple times for her to prove me wrong. Called to pre-order 7 tiles two days prior to pickup. When I arrived they could not find the order, had to locate it myself in the bind for pickup. Opened the bag one tile was the wrong color. I live several miles from this location so I made a special trip to get these 7 tiles. Would have really been angry if I had to go back to exchange 1 tile.
