Won't honor craftsman lifetime warranty. Tried to exchange a test light, looks brand new. I wasn't trying to get store credit or cash back, just wanted a working product. Less then $20 I paid cash within the year with, so I didn't get to put my email in like when you use a card. What a waste of time.
They wouldn't give me a price match for an appliance I had just purchased less than 14 days ago.
When I was in your store today I needed to get some thing to add a dryer vent and hose. Everything was going good until the other sales man asked Josh to help. He must be on a some sort of commission based pays because it wasn’t customer based. I just waited over 20 minutes trying to get someone to help me in the paint department. This was after two calls over the loudspeaker. This is not customer service! If someone isn’t showing up to their department, then customer service needs to hunt them down and make them do their job! This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at Lowes, but this time there were probably only about five other customers in the store. There was NO EXCUSE. Observed 4 separate employees at #Lowes NOT wearing face masks inside store & in garden center (they were being worn around their necks instead). I’m disgusted that Lowe’s does not take community health seriously. I am aware that Lowe’s states that it HAS a mask policy for both employees & customers (because it is posted on your doors), however you are making NO attempt to enforce it.
