We have purchased a lot of appliances from Lowe's. I have waited 2 weeks for my new washer,dryer and dishwasher and we removed all of the old last night so it would be easier to install today and I get a call that my dishwasher didn't come in. The guy on phone said he called last night but the guy said it was the wrong number. Well obviously he's not being truthful since he just called me. I like the convenience of one stop purchasing how ever having to return twice because missing parts or already used and returned merchandise so annoyed with them been in retail 25 years never would sell returned merchandise not reviewed for quality assurance.
The best! They put back 3 build and grow kits for my children since they had to miss building because they were running in the Kids Muddy Madness for St Jude race! Thanks!!!
Bought a shed from there and the trucking company Arrow shed had to deliver it couldn't get it off the truck. Called Chris the store manager and had it delivered to them and he is having their people deliver it Friday . Thanks Chris you are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They obviously don't need to sell anything because their employees are NOT helpful! I needed 10 bags of mulch and was caring my sleeping 2 year old. I told associate at register I needed 10 bags and was told I could get them from aisle 6 . I asked if I could get some help and was told aisle 6 as the associates continued to discuss their breaks.
The customer service here was AWFUL!! My husband, son and I stood at the desk with at least 5 employees there one right in front of us on the phone. No one acknowledged us. No one said wait just a moment, nothing! My husband finally had to ask for someone to help us. Which was treated as if we were bothering them. Not a pleasant experience at all!! I do not plan on shopping at this location again!
Poor costumer service.
