I am constantly reminded how little Lowe’s employees care for their patrons. I’m just tired of being ignored and chasing folks around the giant store only to be referred to yet another employee 10 aisles away. I’m done.
My experience shopping for something that isn't right in front of me on the shelves (i.e. anything the employees have to find) is a fruitless and infuriating experience. Nothing is ever in stock in though the system may say it is because they can never find. it. Ugh.
this place is a joke. I rang all my stuff up and they wouldn't take cash wanted me to go stand in the one-lane they had open so I can re-ring all my stuff back up and the line was long will never come back will start making the extra trip to Menards
purchased a dishwasher on June 21st. It was to arrive at the store on Wednesday and installed on Friday. Today I'd July 9th and still no dishwasher. Called but was disconnected!

Trevor King who works at Peoria store helped us with three online orders. That was more than 40 lbs each of 40 bags of stuff. He was very patient and thoughtful. I could not find anywhere to leave a feedback but only here. Hopefully Trevor gets recognized by your management.
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Lowe’s in East Peoria!! I went in to grab stuff for the deck and every employee was friendly and helpful! They were not treating customers like they had a disease or were bothered by them!! They were nice and friendly and helpful! It was refreshing!! I will be shopping at Lowe’s for now on!!!
The online order pick up process is total confusion. I have to wait in line at customer service to tell them I have an order, then they can't scan the barcode of the my order confirmation... Then they have to call back four times, but no one brings up my order... Finally she has to go clear to the back of the store and get my order. Total time 32 minutes. Why should I order online? There is no benefit in time savings or convenience... What should I shop online (or in the store) with Lowes?
