Awesome experience with very friendly, knowledgeable salesman, Don, in appliances. Bought my 1st washer/dryer and will always speak highly of East Peoria Lowes!
I just wanted to take time to acknowledge that the employee Nate younger guy helped my husband load 20 heavy 20×20 blocks. As we were leaving we saw him helping another customer load a grill in back of his truck. He was very courtesy and knew where the items we needed were. Great asset to the company.
I've recently bought a rental property, I've been in & out of lowes, returning things. The lady (I didn't catch her name, she has blonde hair) that does returns at the customer service desk is always very unfriendly to me. She doesn't say hello, or have a nice day, and she was on the phone the whole time through my transaction. I like menards prices, and choices better than lowes anyway, but the lowes location is right down the road from my house. I think I'll make the extra trip to menards from now on. Most of the time it's a challenge to find someone who can help ( understaffed? ) Than I finally found a sales person who was poorly trained and had to look several times for help. It took me over an hour to purchase a dishwasher! Great deals - poor service!
