what terrible run store order a Maytag washer told me 4 times it was there but when I got their it had been sold 4 times I call BS just went down to get a replacement Pella window they gave me a Pella card to call them Monday wtf
no way from them to improve, horrible store very rude to their customers , they lost my business forever, not a good company, do not shop here.
I order some appliances from Lowe’s and the first call I got to confirm the delivery lady was pleasant but she also told me that I would receive a call the day before deliver to confirm if I was a morning or afternoon delivery! I never received call so the morning of the delivery I called the store and it took almost 15 mins for someone to answer the phone and the guy in the delivery department was dry and sound annoyed with my questions be never apologized that I didn’t receive a call and just said your an afternoon deliver... read more
Love the prices and being able to shop for almost every thing I need
tired of your no rebate. even though it purchase was made of items stated. then corp. sends you a no way hozay letter. what a joke. 4 rebates now. as always an excuse. menards will do just fine for me and my customers from now on!!!
Just spent 45 minuets waiting at East Peoria, for them to bring our tub surround up front. How hard is it to find a special order. Took 12 days for it to come in, because no store in ALL of central Illinois had 1 in stock. Needless to say my husband was not happy
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a hardware business. They dropped the massive proverbial ball 18 months ago with a botched flooring install. Now they dropped it on a hot water tank install. I’ve been waiting 7 days now and when I reach out to the subcontractor about why he wasn’t showing up he tells me he got a cancellation message from Lowe’s! So now I’m 7 days no hot water and no install time in sight � I only went back there because they carry the brand I wanted, AO Smith. What a disappointment that such... read more
Awesome experience yesterday! And the Veteran discount was greatly appreciated. I absolutely think that Lowe’s needs to expand over to Pekin. I would use Lowe’s exclusively if you were to make that move...say to the old Kmart building on upper Court St. �� Just sayin. Great experience though and Dawn in Appliances was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful in our order. Thanks again Dawn!
I spent an enormous amount of money on vinyl fencing. It was delivered on 5/18/18. There was damage on part of the order. Lowes ordered replacement pieces. When they came in the posts were the wrong type plus there was more damage to panels. Got a call 7/6 that the replacement was again in. I notified my installer so he could check it out for damage before it was delivered. As of today, no one has called to set up delivery. Installer is not responding.
