The worst customer service experience we had! No one wanted to help us! We were walking around to find someone, finally found someone and said I don't work there, you need to go back there, I said we were there for 20 minutes and no one showed, so she calls someone we go back, ten minutes later still no one, my husband finally found someone who was a little annoyed that my husband ask for help. Have to say we had the BEST experience at this Lowe's that I've ever experienced at a home improvement store (or maybe at any store ever)!! We were there on Sunday around 3p.m. and were helped out by Seth (in plumbing) and Brandon (in customer service). We were making a large purchase for a home addition and are on a tight budget. No customer worst customer service ever! Floor associates hung out in two's & 3's and ignored customers! When I had to ask a couple of times I was just pointed the way and they walked off.
