Lowes installed 20 now leaking hurricane windows almost 4 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE

Just got back from Home Depot first time in 15 years I brought a facut for outside i grabbed one out of the 3/4 box and paid for it .....got home and noticed it was 1/2 in......Went back to lowes wanted to exchange it i was told i couldn't return it exchange it nothing because their computers were down for the a several days,,,,,,,,,,THEN HOW DID THEY TAKE MY MONEY,,,, we REMODELED our whole house with lowes about $30,000 last year we just brought another house in ohio we plane on remodeling 3 baths, a kitchen plants other t... read more
In the middle of a pretty negative experience with a very small bathroom remodel by Lowe's. The materials and labor were paid for in April and installation was promised to be complete by 6/7 with an estimated 3 days of work. It is now 6/5 and nobody had contacted us regarding the scheduling. When called, Lowe's said it would be around the 25th of June- now two months after paying over $4000 upfront.
