We ordered a new refrigerator from them, stated they had 3 in stock at the Peoria store. Was told it could be delivered the next day, Saturday (important as our refrigerator had died). Called on Saturday for delivery and was told it would be Sunday, but they would call us Saturday night with a delivery time. No phone call Saturday night. Called Sunday morning for a time, and was told ours was on the truck for delivery, but they were short guys, so we would be called a half hour before delivery, sometime between 9am and 8pm! ... read more
I was just in here looking for a pumpkin, after looking everywhere in Peoria, and Kay helped me find the right one. She was so friendly and so very helpful. She did everything possible to help out and I greatly appreciate it. She wad super nice and had wonderful customer service. Thank you oh so much!!!
My experience at this Lowe’s has been awful. Not only could they not return calls or communicate timelines, they have cost me $900 out of my pocket on a project because of their failures. I will never return to this store again.

I never right reviews but every time we go there it takes more time going through the check out then it does shopping. System never works. Double and triple counting wood. When it takes twenty minutes to get thru the checkout that's money I'm losing.
I've never left a negative review on any company before, but today we had a terrible time with an employee named Yvette. It was the rudest and most unpleasant experience I've ever I had with a cashier, and we even did self check out (so it was almost impressive lol). There were zero problems with our check out process (we didn't have issues with pricing, scanning, payment, etc.) and didn't say anything to her, and she still managed to give us flash backs to grade school bullies.
