Rude ass employees. Legit almost all of them. And I’m almost positive the man in plumbing was drunk. Both times we have dealt with him. Dropped almost $11,000 in a month redoing our house. I’m sorry to say we even spent money here. I have soooooo many receipts and you better believe I’m filling out ALL of them. The manager of this store should be ashamed to run it. This can’t be the first time they have heard this.
This may just look like dirt. But nope, that’s raw sewage. Lowe’s installed our fence and the installation crew negligently HAND DUG into a main sewer line that was clearly marked to place a post. This has caused raw sewage to seep into the FINISHED BASEMENT in our brand new home. Lowe’s refuses to pay or acknowledge ANY RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL!!!!
Lowes installed a nice fence. 3 months later drain tile backed up. Plumber dug around foundation and found fence guy busted completely through drain tile and installed a concreted fence post. Called lowes and they say too bad not our problem. thanks Lowes! nuthin but headaches.
Worked with jordan and he was just the most helpful guy. Very friendly and knew exactly where and how to get me help. Definitely a great experience and great prices!
Seriously cannot say enough good things about this store and Lowe's in general!! :) We have had the BEST experience from Dana our sales guy, ( awesome, SO MUCH patience & super friendly), to the guys who came and placed our floor today!! I was not impressed with the order on line pick up in store. I waited all day and never got a message it was filled. The next day I waited half the day and just cancelled it.
I would like to thank Aric Bowen and his customer service teams. Last Fall we purchased a Generac Whole House Emergency generator and last month he and his team installed a new furnace and air conditioner. With the snow storm we had today here in Peoria IL. our neighborhood lost power but our power outage only lasted 15 seconds and the generator fired up and restored our power and made our new furnace is keeping us warm. I bought baseboard on Wednesday and was told it was fine to pick up in a few days. I went to pick up today and they didn't have it anymore. It was refunded and we were told it was in stock at a store in a nearby town. We drove there and it wasn't in stock. We had to hurry and pick out something else that was more expensive. Not a single person offered an apology or an explanation for not having the product we purchased. That was a huge inconvenience so I think I'll shop at Menards in the future.
