Was just in our local Lowes and needed paint, after pressing the button I waited 5 or so minutes and nothing. I asked the gentleman at guest services across from the paint and they called 3 times without a response. 10 more min passed. They called a manager and another 5 min passed without anyone else speaking to us. By this point we had everything else we needed and had for the past 10 min so instead of checking out with all of our goodies we left telling the guest service gentleman that had called and not spoken to us afte... read more
First paint guy was rude, second one very nice and helpful. Checker John (12:50) very rude to customer in front of us. John rolled his eyes, showed his annoyance at the customer wanting his items in another bag by just not putting them in the bag. First rude people I've met in this area.
