Website and app both say close at 10PM but just got kicked out of store at 8:55PM. I'm gonna go extra mile to get honest service from Home Depot.
Absolute worst company for flooring install. The only answer anyone at the store has is “I don’t know”. Was given incorrect information multiple times regarding install times and expectations. Install company also left multiple damages in the wall. If you’re thinking about using Lowe’s for any home improvement project, DON’T.
The Store by my house said we cant order that vine, so we called the store we bought them from in the past. last sunday the manager said no problem im ordering them now will be here thursday. I called this morning and she tells me she didnt have a big enough order and would order them this coming week. wtf
I decided to buy a microwave here because I had a coupon. Big mistake. I'm paying for it now. Finally got the microwave, but it took going to multiple stores then finally driving 20 miles away to pick it up. Only to open it today and find a dent in the side. Guess what? No one has the microwave or cares that it's dented. I just can't believe the service they don't offer. Never going again!
I am so pissed at Lowe's. I ordered flooring 6 weeks ago. At the time, i was told delivery would be 5 weeks. Today I was told half of my order would arrive on Friday, they couldnt tell me when the rest would be delivered. !!! What should i do? I've talked to the store manager and asked for compensation and was told he would make some sort of compensation....only after I have received the complete order ! I found that to be a bullshit response......im so pissed
I received NO help whatsoever!!! I had more than 1/2 dozen employees walk past me and/or turn on their heel and scatter the opposite direction just to avoid making eye contact with me. Finally left after getting no help and went to Ace Hardware to get what I needed. I'll stick with Home Depot from now on.
