Our product did not come in to the store and we were charged try to have someone help us for 3 days the store is not as helpful as I once thought. We have a party coming up next weekend no table and chairs and have been charged!
When I went to check out this morning, I asked the young woman cashier why she wasn't wearing a facemask. (I was) She replied, "I'm not afraid." Someone needs to explain WHY all employees and custoners should wear face masks. She's not stupid, just poorly trained and uninformed.
RecommendedI was looking for Lysol wipes and cleaning stuff for our Dr’s office at 6am. The lady Debbie at the customer service desk went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Amazing Customer Service..... THANK YOU DEBBIE OUR OFFICE APPRECIATES U!!

Always out of that one thing I need for a project. I have to go to Home Depot. Should have just started there in the first place.
So, I needed to get some 12’ shiplap and came to my favorite store next to Target. I was with my two younger kiddos and the man there helped me with loading it into my trailer, despite having a knee brace on. He even tightened them down for me with my toe straps. It definitely made it easier on me and I greatly appreciated his help! I will post his name, when I get it, next time I go.

We have been waiting for 2 exterior doors to be installed since ordering them on Sept. 7th. Worst customer service ever. I spoke w a manager, Dan, yesterday and explained my frustration. He said he would email Brian, in Doors, regarding this and then get with him when he comes in today. It is now just short of 11 a.m. and I have not had any follow up. These doors were paid for in full 09/29. It is now 11/15 and I can't even get a call back on an installation date. I should not be responsible for constant follow up. Their pho... read more
