About a week ago I came in with (15) tiles to be cut and a lady call Sofia was the nicest associate NO CHARGE) today I am doing the same and from the beginning I was told NO we can't do it but I told her that she did it before them the excuse was that it will be my responsibility if they broke I accepted that, then that after the 4 cut will be $1.00 per cut OK!! But I saw the lack of interest and walk out!! This was my store!!! Now is HOME DEPOT,,, I have a credit card with your company. My name is Norma Vlieg
