Terrible customer service!!
#Lowes installed 38 #hurricanewindows and all 38 leaked for 5 months until I got them reinstalled using a local builder. Wooden paneled walls ruined and oak floors swollen with each rain. Lowes claims finally got involved and offered me less than I paid for reinstall and nothing for the wet and moldy walls in my house. Stay far away from these guys.. . Nothing. I special ordered doors and received a call they were in. Great!!!! Except I get there and waited over 1 hour because one they did not have anyone that could bring them out for me and then I was told they couldn’t find them. I was so pissed off. There is a reason I only use Home Depot. I gave Lowe’s a try and from the bad reputation they have I should have known better. Piss poor service.
My boyfriend has spent close to an hour waiting for someone to help him (couldn’t find an employee for a while). After waiting, was told that the person for that dept was out to lunch! Wth??? We live next to HOME Depot and went to Lowes because of THEIR terrible service but this is worse! No employees around! Ridiculous. This is an image of my boyfriend waiting for ANYONE to help him at your store! Smh
