I bought a washer and dryer online a week ago. Someone left a message on my vm that the washer they had was damaged and if I still wanted it they would have it in and deliver it Wednesday. I called back and she said she was with someone and would call me back in a few minutes. Guess what? 2 days later I tried calling. Was hung up On twice. On hold 40 minutes. The best tool they have is the mobile app with store map locator. It switches you into the very store you're shopping in. Very cool. I always find what I need in a clean, friendly, we'll stocked store. Thank you Lowe's AP.
Went to lowes to buy a Christmas tree and there was no help and when we asked they said there was going to be nobody in until 4 pm look people it's Christmas and people are out buy trees mine did not have a price when we got up front to pay nobody knew the price and there was onky one cashier so we held up the line I asked to see the manger and they had to call him 4 times before he came up and as I talked to him he gave me the excuse that it was raining which at the time it was not raining and it was noon so go figure
This place is full of lazy people that don't want to do their jobs !
