Went there this morning to price a new stove , and a riding mower , the lady quoted me $430 on the scratch and dent stove and I found a riding mower I wanted . Went back in this evening to pick them up and another little twit tells me he won't sell me the stove for less than $520 . Pissed me off is an understatement. Pretty bad when you tell an employee you’re looking for a cart and they recommend you go outside and get one...wow.
Very disappointed and angry, I placed an order for some tools that I "need" one afternoon hoping to pick up my order after work and the email I got said that the order would be ready to pick up the same day. I did not get an email saying that the order was ready to be picked up, I had other work to do so I thought I'll just pick up the order the next day. 5 days went by and no email, this is after going to the store twice with nobody at the costumer service desk, I went again today to pick up my order because I need the tool... read more
Just returned from this store location in Aransas Pass. We have given this store lots of our business!! A fellow who is suppose to be a manager of some sort named TY was the worst person to be representing this store..... I am a very patient and understanding individual,but this experience and the lack of PR skills was horrible!!! He wasn't at all concerned that a valued customer would not be returning. I did call and make a complaint against him which I have never ever done before......
I had by far the worst customer service experience here. Didn't acknowledge me at the desk and was extremely rude. The obviously go against their store policy and wouldn't price match items I was trying to purchase. What is worse is I was trying to price match from a DIFFERENT Lowes. Let's just say I will never shop here again and next time I need something I will go to Home Depot.
I'm a true believer.... Lowe's worst customer service ever!!! Even on new products. After 12 years of home improvements we will no longer be doing business with Lowes....
