Called in to see if you would match a Kenmore dryer from Sears there lowest. The sales man tells me yes as long as it's the same product. I let him know I was looking at your lowest dryer which is a Roper. He tells me they have to be the same. If he what he was doing he would have known that Sears doesn't carry a Roper and could have save me time by saying we don't match there prices because there not the same name. I tried to buy some lawn chairs , after standing in line twice , my wife and myself both went to take pictures of the bar codes for the chairs after I came back to the checkout a third time ..I said forget it , I been doing somebody’s dam job ..I won’t be back ..

The worst customer service I have ever had with any retailor. Managers unprofessional and not aligned with policy. Ive never had to speak to so many different managers to get a problem resolved and its still unresolved.
Terrible Customer Service. Bought a Freezer on the 30th of June with a delivery date of 13 July. Lowes did not call with an expected delivery time on the 12th nor on the 13th. When I called at noon and asked, they didn't know but it would be sometime before Sundown! I asked about delivery on the 14th early but was told not before 10 AM. We have been waiting a month for the delivery of a washer/dryer purchased in Aransas Pass. 4 times the said it would be delivered and as of today STILL no delivery. Had to call and report the poor service at the ARANSAS PASS LOCATION and posted it on several different websites and facebook pages. Delivery service is JOKE! Customer Service at that location by phone is a JOKE!
Lowe's in AP has very poor service. Went there on 6/28/18 and paid for a stove, refrigerator, vent hood and washing machine. The washing machine was to be delayed until 8/5/18 and the rest were to be delivered and installed within a few days. Called them on 7/2/18 to see when stove, vent hood and refrigerator would be delivered. They were paid on 6/28/18 and money has cleared the bank no nothing will be delivered until 8/12/18. unable to get any explanation as to why the delay. Lowes delivery service is a joke. They said we would get a phone call to give us a 2 hour window. 4 hours after getting the phone call they still don't know when they are coming and still have several stops ahead of me. It's almost 5 pm! So am I supposed to wait all night too? Not happy.
