RecommendedIt seems like our second home. We are always there like Almost every days Since We are building a house. most of the workers there are pretty friendly.
what at first I was kind of upset that when I call the paint department no one will answer so I called Corpus Christi Lowe's and they gave me the answers to the questions needed and when I went into Aransas Lowe's the lady was very friendly and courteous so no harm done I got my paint and I'm happy they just get very busy at times
Their employees do not wear their masks correctly. They lost business because the appliance ee over his mouth but not his nose. I saw at least 3 wearing their mask but not covering their nose. We went elsewhere to buy our washer and dryer.

If you need to order online from Lowe’s, rethink your life, maybe move. These people will give you the ship date, but it’s the date they start shipping. I got a ship date of 9 days, checked store and they said that’s actually when it leaves North Carolina. That’s a couple hundred dollar cheap door, imagine a special order. They also won’t bill your card till it ships, so you have to remember your not getting billed til a month later. Don’t do it, build your own item before you order online from this cretinous place.
Horrible customer service! Delivery called to confirm address and time of 2pm. Still a No show at 6pm. Was given 4 different delivery times even management confirmed order was on its way yet here it is after 11pm and still no delivery! Is this how you treat Veterans???
I placed an online order. Was told it was ready and would be at customer service. Part of my order was. I was then told I would have to go to pro service to get the rest. Pro service had no idea where it was. It had been put in the back of store. We had to then get it our selves. We placed the online order to avoid having to walk around the store for our own safety and the lowes staff to avoid any sickness. We were not prepared to have to pretty much shop ourselves!
Horrible customer service. Here is my husband loading our lumber standing on a pallet of sheetrock to reach it because the 4 associates to our left couldn't bother to help.
@Lowes installed these #hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims is trying to tell new installer how to reinstall windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check..
