Please don't buy from Lowe's. Rude customer service. I'm here now and I've been waiting for 30 minutes for a Weber Jumbo Smokey Joe grill. Ordered online and said it was ready. Lady took 10 calls before helping me. I understand you wanna service everyone but what about the customer standing in front of you. Still waiting.
Stopped by on Sunday and it seemed everyone had the same idea to garden, everyone was so busy running around found a worker in garden Richard who was so helpful. He found the product I needed & got 1/2 off because the bag was opened & it was the last one in stock. Good job Richard (good customer service)
Newer buy from them. I have an extented insurance and still have to live without property working fridge for two months. Give my money back or replace you can't fix, you scams. Will start a claim at better business baur tomorrow hope they can solve this.
Beyond pissed at the customer service I received regarding my delivery! Guess I will close out my credit account and shop at Home Depot!
