I purchased a washing machine 08-23,it was suppose to be delivered 08-24, they never called me, its now almost 4 pm and i have been waiting ALL day on hold on and off, no one can give me an answer as to why no one has called me about my delivery or when it will be delivered. About to cancel my order.
Horrible customer service they leave you on hold for hours! State customers in the store come first!! Purchased a lawnmower they delivered it with no bag! In order to get the bag they wanted me to pay for another lawnmower and than return the 1st one! 😠 Can’t get thru to a manger and when you leave your name and number no one calls you back!! Came to pick up the 1st lawnmower but did not leave the new one!! They state they need to have the 1st one in their store and than can release the 2nd one!! WHAT!! All this modern tech... read more
RecommendedWondering WHY the location on 79th and Cicero hasn’t implemented the 1 person per cart rule, or 1 person per family rule. I went to Lowe’s and there were 5,6,7 member families congregating not practicing social distancing. I texted Lowe’s and the response was that they aren’t providing assistance! Whoever the GM is needs to get his a** moving to protect his staff and customers.

Me & my wife are disappointed about your customer service we bought an oven for $1700 weeks ago it’s supposed to be delivered today from 12noon to 4 pm time went by no call no show . My wife called you guys waited and waited on hold just to learn that the delivery was cancelled and it won’t be delivered till December 30 Lowe’s don’t even have the courtesy to contact us I waited at home did not do my errands . We are really disappointed with your lousy customer service. Our first time impression we will never get any business... read more
