Just came from the store on 79th and Cicero....I found what I was looking for in the store, but it had NO pricing marked....after calling for assistance for approximately 30 minutes, a store employee was walking by....I asked him if h could find out the price for the item and he said "no, I'm assisting another customer, take it to customer service desk and they can get you the price".....so, I'm a customer, who's going to spend his money, and I can't even get someone to assist me? I have a pretty good experience everytime I come here. Tim Green the manager is so helpful&& very knowledgeable.
I love Lowes. I have been a customer for over 7years. I shop here so much that I decided to open a charge card. We use this card religiously but after my last experience I will either rethink it or just not shop at this particular location. I came into this location on 12/20/16 to finish up My Christmas shopping before work. I remembered that they had a huge selection of gift cards so I figured one stop shopping. When I left the house tonight I was ready to give Lowes one star, due to an issue with an appliance delivery gone bad that had just taken place. However I'm giving it a solid 4 stars thanks to the wonderful customer service received by the store manager, Teri Canvin. Teri was extremely helpful. She listened to my complaints and came up with a simple and effecient solution. She did not waste her time making excuses, she just corrected the problem.
