Lousy service. They move without a care in the world. I had to ask 2x for assistance to load a snow blower on a cart. Then wait 15 min to get it loaded in a truck. Also had to ask 2x before help arrived. Customer wise they weren't busy. There wasn't that many customers at the time.

Had them install windows. Nothing but problems. Double hung won't close, water leaking in, never put flashing between the roof and the window so just plywood showing. Pella also came out and said it was a bad install but to keep the window closed over the winter and it should make a track to make it able to close. Are you kidding me? Had someone else come and install a new screen door. I never said anything about the window but this installer brought it up to me. Said he never saw anything like it.
Kudos to Teresa who helped us with our washer and dryer purchase.
Worst customer service ...My washer and dryer had to be delivered today but that didn't happen... customer service reps had hanged up on me and even a Manager didn't resolved my issue and said nothing can do...I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR IT!! I had spent my whole day on the phone with this people
Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff, I can take my dog with, good prices and good selection all over the store, I love it!
Worst place ever... all I want is someone to cut my blinds... I didn’t think I had to wait 25 mins for that to happen... and thank you to the 6 different employees that pasted by and never helped even after asking
