Still suffering through this nightmare experience. Complete cluster-fuck from beginning to end. Will never use them again. * I should add...it's been my experience with the floor installers they use that has been awful. My experience with the people at the store has been (for the most part) perfectly fine. Floor installation - never again.
Had an assistant page lumber and 5m passed and not 1 sole passed by. No thank you
There's never anyone around to help you. Save yourself the headache and head down the street to Home Depot.
Excellent service- we had Lowes do our bathroom remodel. It was done in the time they said. The crew was fantastic and very skilled thank you Mike. Cathy and Brian were a joy to work with. We would definitely recommend Lowes to for your next remodel.
The workers were friendly, but the prices on 2 of my items came up wrong, and it was a hassle to show the cashier what the real price was. The biggest problem was that they cannot give gift receipts. Because of this, I won't be shopping there for any gifts in the future, which is a pity. I wish they would fix this.
Horrible customer service. Can't get a response and when you do you get a run around. Put in for a deck to be installed since June. It is now December and they are just now starting it. We went a whole summer and fall with nothing to walk out on. Lost my appointment I had scheduled for something else because no one called the day before to let us know the time frame to be at home. I had to turn around so we wouldn't get rescheduled and delayed even more than t already was! Wasted my gas and time to come back home! Lowes need... read more
