Why isn’t ANY of the Lowe’s honoring their DeWalt Mitre saw sale. It’s the 12” double bevel SLIDING compound mitre saw for $349. Can you say “Bait and Switch” deceptive practice. No where do you state while supplies last on your website. Even then are you only selling like 5 for the whole area. Time to call the States Attorney Office for deceptive practice. Way to go Lowe’s!! Very disappointed in your phantom sale!!
We ordered an in store pick up item. Not only did they log the wrong thing and cancel the order, they refused to give a refund on our card for the item we didn't receive for 6 weeks and completely refused to give a refund at all for the gift card. I have never had a worse customer service experience and would never shop here again.
I have been dealing with a door install for 6 MONTHS now... only to get called the day before to get cancelled on again. I am beyond disappointed at the service at this point.
Horrible customer service. Next time, I'll just stick with Home Depot.
