Recently hired Lowe’s installation to install backsplash in our kitchen and if I could give them 0 stars I would. The installer put cracked tiles in, extremely uneven grout lines, and I spent the entire following day cleaning grout off my counters, walls, floors, and cabinets. DO NOT hire them to install your backsplash - complete waste of time and money. We had to hire another company to come out and redo the entire install. Lowe’s customer service is also terrible. RecommendedPlease re-educate your employees on the proper way to wear masks. Many are continually wearing them under their noses, defeating the purpose of the masks entirely. If they slip down all the time, they need a new mask that will fit. I like your customer service but this needs to be fixed
We ordered a gas grill from this Bolingbrook Store on Tuesday and was told it would definitely be delivered on Friday and we still do not have it during Covid!!! We don’t have a grill to cook on and we are forced to stay at home. Edith and Patrick both said that we would get our gas grill delivered today but we got no delivery call last night? I don’t think our grill is coming again today !!!!!
you are keeping your employees working during a pandemic exposing them to Corona Virus and their family & children while the CEO executives and Corporate employees are safe at home so people's can buy paint and walk around your Stores for exercise. People with Corona are dieing isolated & alone. you will likely respond to this from the safety of your laptop at home while you have your store employees working. Shoppers are exposing your employees. Lowe's Profit over Employees

After ordering a range from Sears and then they never called us for a delivery date. Ended up we called them, they couldn't find our range. Ended up calling corporate who needed additional days to investigate. Each time ending with us calling them to find out what was going on & why after weeks we still had no range.
