I think they need to pay more attention to customer service. I was in the store yesterday used the button for assistance at least 4 times and no one ever came to help. We waited 25 minutes and then attempted to try and get the rug ourselves. Every rug was dirty. I went to a different Lowe's store and had a better experience.
Great staff, helped us make a purchase and get next day delivery!
