Ordered stove from Lowe’s weeks ago thru my contractor. Stove delivered today after being jerked around on delivery. Stove delivered with no power cord. I wrote no power cord delivered on invoice for delivery guys. Called Lowe’s to report issue, I called them on the phone number they called me to verify delivery time and address. RecommendedWe had a great experience with Gunner in appliances. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and offered great customer service. He took care of us start to finish. We have to wait a bit for our stove however that’s out of their control and we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I’d recommend working with Gunner in the Southington store for all your appliance needs.
On 6/30/2020 I made a fence order for my house and 20 days later they have no date when delivery will be possible. This is incredible and the worst thing is that customer service does not have trained staff to answer any questions and neither do the supposed managers. they call you to waste your time it's like I gave away my money. don't go to these lowes stores is the worst
Ordered a washing machine in April.. Delivered damaged. No response from anyone. Really disappointed with Lowes. Not sure how to get issues resolved. No attention to customers or ability to resolve issues for online orders. I continue to get redirected by every store employee or put on hold ...etc.
Have your people wear their masks properly and implement control over the number of people in the store in Southington. Don't be part of the problem!
Worst customer service. Waited an hour when. Email advised "order ready for pickup". They don't care. Rude employees, all slow, on break, all new. Will not ship here again. Home Depot is right up the road.
Needed a water heater bought it on the 29th of March high end General Electric Hybrid. FAILED LEAKED RUINED MY FLOOR, brought it back bought a Whirlpool. Now dealing with store and G.E. on product liability. EVERYONE SAYS THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME, still waiting, floor needs to be fixed. No support at all.
