Went to purchase Christmas Arch they only had floor display left. Asked to purchase Arch told no not til year end ev ed n though i saw them sell a bunch of display pieces. Never shopping Lowes again Manager must be saving for a friend.
please change your opening time on sundays wedsite said open at 7am got there at 7 on the door said open at 7 store didnt open untill 8am ..so after waiting 1 hour to buyan item that on the website said 18 in stock the store had none in stock..complete waiste of time...

I have been dealing with managers; Patrick and Mike the last month with a series of purchases that have all required after the sale services. They have bent over backwards to help us out even when the manufacturer would not. Was I inconvenienced due to the products I bought? Yes, but it wasn't their fault. In my opinion, they went above and beyond to retain me as a customer by doing everything they could to make things right.
This is beyond the worst store. People are very nice, but trying to get something such as a receipt for a $100 rebate after an online purchase is impossible. Promised to send it 4 times...too late now. Hello Home Depot
